Mac-O-Chee Castle is honored to host the 2025 West Liberty-Salem Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet
The West Liberty-Salem Athletic Hall of Fame Committee has announced its 2025 Class of Inductees. This year’s class honors the accomplishments of two historic cross-country teams, class of 1978 and 1979, as well as two individuals who left a lasting impact on Tiger athletics and the WL-S community: Coach Ann Thornburg and Contributor John Roettger.
The 2025 Hall of Fame Class will be formally honored on Friday, October 10th, between first and second quarters of the home Varsity Football game against Triad.
The celebration will continue with a formal Induction Ceremony and Banquet on Saturday, October 11th, with social hour from 5:30 -6:30, dinner at 6:30, and the Induction Ceremony beginning at 7:30.
The Induction Ceremony and Banquet with take place at Mac-O-Chee Castle Wedding & Event Venue in West Liberty.
